What we collect through this website, why, where it is kept and who sees it. Last updated October 2026.

What we collect

When you book a call, reserve a place at a session or complete the staff day check, we collect your name, role, school and work email, plus anything else you choose to give us: a phone number, your staff day dates, your answers to the check, or notes for a session.

We also note how you found us, for example a link from LinkedIn, so we know which of our posts and conversations are useful. This is kept in your browser until you send a form, and only sent with it. We don't use advertising cookies or tracking pixels.

Why we collect it

To reply to you, prepare for our conversation, run the sessions you sign up for, and follow up about them. We only follow up on the staff day check if you tick the box asking us to.

Where it is kept and who sees it

Your details are stored in our database in Sydney, Australia. Only the Saha founders can see them. We don't sell or share your information. The services that run this site handle it on our behalf: Vercel hosts the website, our database provider stores the records, and Google Calendar handles call bookings.

Teachers in partner schools

Teachers who take part in Saha through their school are covered by a separate agreement with the school and their own consent. School leaders see results for the school as a whole, never an individual teacher's survey answers. De-identified results are only used for research with each teacher's agreement.

Seeing, correcting or deleting your details

Email us () and we'll show you what we hold, fix it, or delete it. We aim to handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.
